About This Service

Uptime Guaranteed

This service is additional to the Inspection and Preventive Maintenance. Apart from the preventive maintenance, we will keep systems and personnel available for you to guarantee the agreed uptime of your production systems.

You will have an 8 hour response time. Operators are available to take your call from 08:30 to 17:00 hours during normal weekdays.

Dedicated systems and personnel kept on standby to guarantee the agreed uptime of your production line at all times during working hours.

Committed 8 hour on site response time from the moment you call. Operators available 08:30 to 17:00 on normal weekdays to take your call.

Corrective Maintenance

Parts and labour are charged afterwards at standard KVMS rates, with no hidden fees.

All activities from Service 01 (Inspection & Preventive Maintenance) are included as a baseline, ensuring your equipment stays in optimal condition.
